How long does shipping take?
Our pieces are carefully made to order. After we get your order ready, usually within 2-4 business days, it will be delivered to you in 2-5 business days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Olivia Wilds Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates. Happy shopping!
What's the deal with returns?
Changed your mind? No biggie! You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide. If you're thinking of sending something back, just remember: you'll need to cover the shipping cost for returns. Need to know where to ship your items back to? Contact us, and we'll guide you through it, step by step.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you decide to return an item, the cost of shipping it back is on you. But we're here to make sure you love what you order in the first place!
Can I exchange an item?
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options: Economy (4-8 business days) and Standard (2-5 business days). For exact rates, add items to your cart and use our Shipping Calculator.
Free Shipping on orders over $75.
Where are shipping destinations?
Olivia Wilds ships to all 50 US states, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
How soon will I receive a refund for my return?
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
